New Delhi, Dec 7 (KNN) In an attempt to raise funds, Dream Gateway Hotels is looking at 40 crores by getting listed on the BSE SME portal.

Rishi Jain, Executive Director of the Jain group, the parent company of Dream Gateway in a press interview informed about the latest development.

Jain said that the company is intending to go ahead with an IPO placement of 25.76 equity shared.

The company is planning to offer shares at a price of 150 rupees a share of face value of 10 rupees each.  The main aim to raise funds is to expand the company further, Jain added.  

Dream gateway is a flagship company of the Kolkata based real estate company named Jain Group. The company raised over 29 crores as turnover in the previous fiscal. (KNN/ DA)
