New Delhi, Jan 29 (KNN) Commerce and Industry Minister Suresh Prabhu who attended ministerial dinner hosted by the WTO, on the sidelines of World Economic Forum (WEF), Davos has invited all his fellow leaders from WTO member countries for mini ministerial meeting in India to be hosted in March 2018.

"It is for India to take the leadership role in reviving multilateralism in the world, as highlighted by Prime Minister of  India in his opening plenary address at WEF that outlined protectionism as one of the biggest problems of the modern world," Prabhu said.

As a part of the Indian delegation to Davos, Prabhu had close to 100 meetings with CEOs, bankers, funds, investors, ministers, trade organisations, entrepreneurs and think-tanks in Davos on the sidelines of its annual meeting. (KNN/YV)
