CMIA facilitates interaction with Director of South Carolina's Commerce Dept to help expand, set up biz in USA

Aurangabad, Apr 16 (KNN) The Director of South Carolina's India office will hold interactive session with the Indian companies on Tuesday in the city to help them expand or set up business in USA.

The team will make presentation on the support mechanism available to foreign companies looking to set up in South Carolina.

Simran from South Carolina's Department of Commerce  along with Karan Gupta, Director, South Carolina, Department of Commerce will interact with the participants.

The Chamber of Industries Aurangabad (CMIA) said, “This interaction will be useful to the industries who want to expand in USA market by way of opening plant/ Marketing office in USA.”

CMIA has called upon the industries to avail the opportunity by participating in the meeting.

More than 1,200 operations of foreign-affiliated companies from more than 40 countries are located within the state. International companies employ more than 115,000 South Carolinians which is approximately 7.6% of South Carolina’s private industry employment.

South Carolina has strong cluster in Automotive, Engineering & Manufacturing and Textiles. (KNN Bureau)
