Kolkata, Feb 2 (KNN) IIM Calcutta Innovation Park (IIMCIP), Joka, Kolkata, in collaboration with GIZ and Steinbeis Germany is conducting a 4-day workshop for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) on “Managing Innovation in Small Business”.

The workshop will be conducted from March 16-19, 2017 at IIM Calcutta Joka.

It aims to promote and inculcate the spirit of innovation among entrepreneurs for rapid growth and enhance the Innovation Management Capability of SMEs and Start Ups.

The programme is designed to help SMEs and Start Ups acquire necessary skills to successfully manage innovation in business and assist them to not only find the ‘right idea’ to grow their business but also to improve their overall innovativeness.

The pedagogy of the programme will be based on Experiential Learning Methodology (ELM) using a blend of classroom lectures, presentations, case studies, group discussion and hands-on exercises.
