Marg ERP announces ‘Project Vistaar’ to assist MSMEs under new taxation

New Delhi, Nov 17 (KNN) Eyeing at handholding the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) under the newly implemented Goods and Services Tax (GST), business software firm, Marg ERP, announced the launch of Project Vistaar.

The main focus of the newly launched services would be to ease the transition of different stakeholders including retailers, distributors, MSMEs and traders into the new tax regime.

Marg ERP MD Sales and Marketing Head, Sudhir Singh in a press interview said that the service is expected to provide a one stop solution to the businesses under the One Nation One Tax regime of the government. It is going to be of use not only to the businesses but to the GST practitioners, accounts and sales tax people as well.

The project aims to collaborate with over 65,000 IT software as well as hardware vendors in the country and bring them to the network within the first week of its launch.

The priority of the new service is to create ease of technology adoption and the firm is committed to facilitate the same across sectors of the economy, Sudhir added in the interview.

The Goods and Services Tax was rolled out on July 1 marking it as one of the biggest tax reforms in the country since independence. (KNN/ DA)
