MSME Ministry-Samsung India sign MoU; renews partnership for 10 existing Samsung Technical Schools, two new ones

New Delhi, June 2 (KNN) The Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) Samsung Technical School today exchanged a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Ministry of MSME.

MSME Ministry and Samsung jointly felicitated trainees from MSME Samsung Technical School.

Union MSME Minister Kalraj Mishra, Union Foods Processing Minister Harsimrat Kaur Badal along with KK Jalan, MSME Secretary and DC MSME SN Tripathi were present at the event.

Senior VP with Samsung Sangjai Lee welcomed Badal and President & CEO of Samsung South West Asia HC Hong welcomed Mishra.

Addressing the event, Mishra said, “Samsung has been a valuable partner to us in creating a vast pool of talent & we are pleased to renew our association."

"The scholarships and reward program showcase Samsung's commitment towards the welfare of girl child & differently abled,” Mishra added.

The MoU renews the partnership for 10 existing Samsung Technical Schools with the Ministry of MSME and also adding two new ones at Bengaluru and Jamshedpur.

In a tweet, Samsung India said, “Samsung today signed an MoU with the ministry of MSME for Samsung Technical Schools, as part of our girl child welfare initiative.” (KNN Bureau)
