NBQP to hold one day training program on Policy Deployment and X-Matrix on July 31
New Delhi, July 10 (KNN) The National Board for Quality Promotion (NBQP), one of the constituent boards of Quality Council of India (QCI), is organizing one day program on “HOSHIN KANRI AND X-MATRIX” in collaboration with Lean Technocrats for enhancing global competitiveness of Indian Manufacturing organizations.
The program is scheduled to take place on July 31, 2018 from 9:30-5:00 pm at ITPI Building, Ring Road in New Delhi.
“HOSHIN KANRI” is a Japanese terminology used for policy deployments is a powerful strategy deployment methodology for ensuring that the strategic goals of a company drive progress and action at every level within that company. This eliminates the waste that comes from inconsistent direction and poor communication.
The objectives of this course is to provide the participants an understanding of the key concepts and principles of Hoshin Kanri / Policy deployment, its approach to planning, deployment and review process for managed change and how to align employees with organization vision, mission & strategy
Further, it will provided practical knowledge and skills to participants in planning and deploying Hoshin Kanri in the organization.
The QCI has invited QCI members, leadership personnel from all sectors of industry & second line managers who would like to learn and understand HOSHIN KANRI AND X-MATRIX.
To be a part of this program, interested participants are required to register themselves before July 30, 2018. Registration will be done on first come first serve basis as seats are limited.
The participation fee of this program is Rs 4720 per head while an additional 10% discount is being offered to QCI members. For them the fee is Rs 4248 per head.
