New Delhi, May 23 (KNN) With a view to provide technical support to budding entrepreneurs of Madhya Pradesh region, Association of Industries Madhya Pradesh (AIMP) is planning to collaborate with startups to provide technical support and solutions to the industry in order to facilitate growth and productivity.

According to industry players, local resources will facilitate growth at economic rate as against getting expensive technocrats and skilled manpower from big cities.

In this regard, AIMP Secretary Yogesh Mehta said, “we are planning to work in collaboration with startups. This will be a win-win situation for both startups and industries. We will get new technology and startups will get financial assistance.”

For this, AIMP is in talks with some of the leading startups to provide technical solutions in order to facilitate MSMEs, increase productivity and minimize production loss and for solutions on operations management.

In a recent meeting with AIMP members and startups, it was reported that the association has decided to fund and facilitate two startups of the city.

“It’s difficult for MSME to grow without the help of technological advancement and here startups can step in to modify and upgrade them,” Madhya Pradesh Startup under ministry of MSME consultant Kumar Vibhanshu said.

He said though the scope for development is immense for MSME, creativity and innovative ideas are required to smartly capture the market and startups can be a great support to industries.

The officials also said that along with entrepreneurship courses, common incubation platforms for startups in collaboration with different industries are also on anvil.
