Government to set up MSME Green Park in Telangana

New Delhi, Mar 15 (KNN) Eyeing at promoting Industrial Township, Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao has made an announcement that soon the government will set up small and medium entrepreneurs park “Telangana Industrial Federation MSME Green Park” at Dandu Makapur in Chautuppal Mandal in Yadadri Bhuvanagiri district.

Replying to a question on establishment of Industrial Park in Dndu Makapur during the question hour, KT Rama Rao said “TSIIC (Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation) requested 343.10 acres land for the industrial park.”

In this regard he further said that external infrastructure works has already been started in the district and other civil works will soon get started once the required statutory clearance is obtained and will expected to complete within 18 months.

This will be first MSME Park in the State and as many as 363 units will be established, he added.

He further added that government is planning to add another 600 acres of land.

The plan is to develop this park into a Live, Work, Learn, and Play Township which will generate 12,000 direct and 24000 indirect employments.

The local youth are being trained through TASK (Telangana Academy for Skill and Knowledge) and this will be the biggest industrial park for the MSMEs in the State, he added. (KNN/YV)
