New Delhi, June 14 (KNN) An interactive session on SWAS (Service With A Smile), planned by the Federation of Small and Medium Enterprises (FOSMI), West Bengal has been postponed.

FOSMI said that an interactive session on SWAS that was originally scheduled for today i.e. June 14, 2018 has been postponed and the revised date will be intimated shortly.

Further, the forum is holding a program on Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016 (IBC) on 18 June 2018 at FOSMI office commencing at 5-00 p.m.

The program will be conducted by CA CS Sumit Binani, who is having over 16 years of experience in operational and financial management, direct experience in financial consultant, NBFC and Capital Market.

Insolvency and bankruptcy code bill, 2016 is the bankruptcy law that consolidated all the laws related to insolvency in India by creating a single law. The bill received the assent of Indian president on 28th May 2016.

The FOSMI has invited the federation members to participate in this long awaited knowledgeable event.
