New Delhi, Jan 11 (KNN) WWF has created a climate innovation platform to recognize and award Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), whose transformative technologies/business models can either mitigate GHG emissions or enhance energy access.

The SMEs can apply as a Climate Solver nominee if their technology significantly lowers carbon emissions or provides sustainable solutions to enhance energy access.

It will increase the visibility and credibility of the company as a climate innovation leader and expand outreach in existing market space and improve business opportunities. It is an opportunities for networking with previous Climate Solver awardees, industry associations, financial institutions, Climate Solver partners as well as WWF international network.

It is an opportunity to receive business development support with a leading incubator/ accelerator, subject to resource availability. Enhanced innovator-investor-corporate connect and access to knowledge resources through the Climate Solver Hub.

Interested SMEs may send the nomination(s) with relevant case study on either themes - Energy Access & GHG Reduction in the form of a business plan in a word/PDF format addressing the questions mentioned in the nomination form  (Click to download) or apply online (click here to apply) on the Climate Solver Hub.

The last date for receiving the nominations has been extended to 15 January 2021.
