Hyderabad, Sep 14 (KNN) Ni-msme, the pioneer institute in the field of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) is organizing 2 day workshop on ‘Air Pollution Control Technologies for MSMEs’ from Oct 24, 2019.

Deterioration in air quality due to pollution is a pertinent global problem. Reducing industrial emissions so as to minimize its environmental & health effects is a major concern in developing economy like India.

Many Industries in India are inadequately equipped with Pollution Control Measures. There are a number of Air Pollution Control and Monitoring Technologies available in the market, but it is difficult to make decisions in choosing the most suitable technologies, especially due to absence of comparative assessments, expert’s opinions and lack of knowledge on efficient latest technologies.

The objective of the workshop is to highlight and share the latest technologies available for Air Pollution Control and Monitoring.

Besides this, workshop will address various issues & problems related to operation and maintenance of air pollution control & monitoring equipments. Industry experts and Environmental Consultancy agencies etc. would be sharing their knowledge and experience to the participants apart from ni-msme internal faculty.

The workshop is aimed to create awareness among the public and responsible stakeholders for better coordination amongst the all response and regulatory agencies; more development of industrial community participation; better understanding of process and procedures to the industrial sector in the task of air pollution control and prevention; better practices of APCDs among various industrial Communities and better use advanced equipment pollution control devices.

Widely used standardized best topics highlighting the Air Pollution Control Technology in India to achieve Greater Participation of all individuals and to provide a common Platform for Greater Interaction and Exchange of Ideas will be followed.
