NSIC partners with Andhra Pradesh Medtech Zone to empower healthcare MSMEs

New Delhi, Sept 22 (KNN) The National Small Industries Corporation Ltd. (NSIC), has signed an agreement with Andhra Pradesh Medtech Zone Limited (AMTZ) for cooperation in health care sector.

Speaking at the MoU signing, Union Minister for MSME Narayan Rane, said “this agreement will be a significant step for enhancing the competitiveness of MSMEs in healthcare sector”.

“Both organizations can leverage their expertise and create excellent opportunities for MSMEs in healthcare sector to form global alliances and get access to latest medical technologies along with creating skilled manpower for this sector,” he said.

The MoU was signed by Gaurang Dixit, CMD, NSIC and Jitendra Sharma, MD & CEO, AMTZ. B.B. Swain, Secretary (MSME) and other senior officers were also present at the MoU signing ceremony.

Rane offered his best wishes to NSIC and AMTZ for taking action as per MoU and making India a global manufacturer and exporter in Medical Device/Healthcare sector.  (KNN Bureau)
