Russia submits list of items to NSIC for sourcing from Indian MSMEs

New Delhi, Dec 5 (KNN) National Small Industries Corporation Limited (NSIC) has received a list of items and equipment from its Russian equivalent which the transcontinental country is interested in sourcing from India’s MSME sector.

This marks as a sign of growing trade partnership between the two countries and opening up of business opportunities for Indian MSMEs with Russia.

With regard to the type of product, electrics and electronics, spare parts, components, and aggregates have the highest demand followed by food products, as per the list reviewed by KNN.

The customer category majorly belongs to manufacturing company and food producing company one looking for food additives and spices for sausage production, said the description.

The list also mentions the minimum requirements for purchased goods (works, services) / products, unit of measurement and planned volume of products for purchase.

Russian buyers have also shown interest to purchase Polyester Yarn, textile auxiliaries, Dye and Polyester thread from Indian MSMEs.

Spare parts for circular knitting machines: shafts, tanks, gears, belts, drive systems, motors, control panel, ceramic plugs etc., are some of the items listed.
