Andaman allowed to use Port Meadow for unloading of imported goods and loading of export goods

New Delhi, Dec 15 (KNN) The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) has allowed Union Territory of Andaman & Nicobar Islands to use Port Meadow for unloading of imported goods and loading of export goods of any class of goods.

CBIC made some amendments in the notification No.62/1994- Customs (N.T.) dated 21st November 1994, against serial no.1 relating to the Union Territory of Andaman & Nicobar Islands.

In issued notification, CBIC said “Port Meadow shall be used for unloading of imported goods and loading of export goods of any class of goods.”
