Bengaluru, Sept 26 (KNN) Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) and Society of Indian Defence Manufacturers (SIDM) are organising the Indigenisation Conclave on September 30, 2022 at HAL Management Academy (HMA), Marathahalli in Bengaluru.

HAL will display products for further indigenisation for its various aircraft projects and give Industry an overview of the roadmap for participation, with SIDM to act as a catalyst for the Indian Industry.

The conclave would have the presence of senior officers from the Ministry of Defence, HAL, SIDM, CEMILAC and DGAQA. 

C B Ananthakrishnan, CMD, HAL will address the audience and the conclave would also be a forum to network with HAL management.

This will also provide impetus to SIDM vision to further accelerate development of Karnataka as the Aerospace & Defence development/manufacturing hub, for both the Indian market and exports.

HAL’s main objective has been to leverage the emerging dynamism of private sector through wider participation of Indian industry and provide impetus to MSMEs for active involvement in substantive self-reliance in defence production.
