New Delhi, Aug 17 (KNN) The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) EDI division has introduced new facility which enables exporters who obtained Advance Authorizations under self-declaration basis to view status of their applications online.

In order to access this facility, exporters should visit the website: http://dgftcom.nic.in. On left hand side there is a menu by name QUICK LINKS then in QUICK LINKS click CASE STATUS AT NORMS COMMITTEE. In the new page that opens, exporters should enter authorization number and other details.

Status of authorization in relation to fixation of norms will be displayed.

DGFT said that the updation of the status is done every 15 days.

“There may be a little time lag in relation to actual status of the case and status displayed in the site. The status displayed is for information only and for regularization of Authorisation, actual signed minutes uploaded in DGFT website may only be referred,” DGFT said in a notification. (KNN Bureau)
