Ludhiana, May 30 (KNN) Chamber of Industrial and Commercial Undertakings (CICU) and Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) donated ventilator to Punjab Police Department, Ludhiana.

Upkar Singh Ahuja, president of CICU, and Rahul Ahuja from the CII said they had established a Covid-19 relief fund and CICU and CII working to support the industry and Society.

''CSR funds were spent to provide facilities to Police department, District administration, Red Cross Society, Ration Distribution, Sanitize the Industry & Labour colonies in the city,'' said CICU in a statement.

Rakesh Agrawal, IPS, Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana City (Punjab) and Ashwani Kapoor PPS, Dy. Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana appreciated the work and thanked the whole industry for donating the ventilator.
