Odisha investors’ meet in Hyderabad on Oct 17
Bhubaneswar, Oct 4 (KNN) The Odisha government has decided to host the final investors’ meet in Hyderabad on October 17 before the third edition of the ‘Make-in-Odisha’ conclave.
Apart from addressing investors, Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik is also expected to have one-on-one interactive sessions with representatives of leading companies and industry associations there, a source said on Monday.
The Make-in-Odisha’ conclave that will be held from November 30 to December 4, aims at showcasing the diverse business-friendly ecosystem of Odisha to potential investors who could invest in the state.
During an investors meet in September this year, Naveen in Bengaluru appealed to industry captains to become partners in the state’s transformative journey and work together for the growth of the nation while offering X-plus incentives.
Among others, Managing Director of Accenture Ltd Ajay Vij, Managing Partner of IBM India Pvt Ltd Amit Sharma, MD & CEO of Wipro-GE Healthcare Pvt Ltd Dr Shravan Subramanyam, President of Concentrix Daksh Services Ltd Girish Menon, Senior VP and Chief Corporate Affairs of Flipkart Rajneesh Kumar met the CM.
Earlier this month, Patnaik attended investors’ meets held in Mumbai and interacted with top bankers and financial experts. He also attended the curtain-raiser of the third edition of the biennial event, in Delhi, and held discussions pertaining to investment in Odisha with envoys of different countries. (KNN Bureau)
