J&K Entrepreneurship Development Institute seeks collaboration with EDII, Ahmedabad

Srinagar, Mar 24 (KNN) Jammu and Kashmir Entrepreneurship Development Institute (JKEDI) is interested to work on collaborative programs with Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India (EDII) Ahmedabad on innovative intervention for the development of entrepreneurship ecosystem in the UT.
Ajaz Ahmad Bhat, Director, JKEDI visited EDII, Ahmedabad recently for this purpose along with a team of senior officers.
During the visit, several meetings were held on implementing various programs in J&K on similar lines as EDII.
They discussed various interventions in training and academic programs for the youth of J&K and were apprised of several models that can be adopted and implemented in J&K.
The EDII- Ahmedabad already has a long association with J&K and collaboration with JKEDI will further strengthen the entrepreneurial ecosystem in the Union Territory.
Director General, EDII, Dr Sunil Shukla along with senior officers gave a detailed presentation on various interventional programs and projects their Institute is doing in the country and deliberations were held on working out the modalities for implementing similar interventions and projects in J&K as well.
