ENA Sectors 2018-01-16 09:13:38 <p><strong>Patna, Jan 16 (KNN) </strong>Bihar Government is running a state-wide campaign called Bano Udyami to sensitise students about entrepreneurship and encourage them to start their own businesses.</p> <p>The campaign was launched on Monday and was initiated by the industries department.</p> <p>It will cover five big high schools and colleges every month at block, sub-division and district headquarters levels to train 5 lakh youths in this calendar year.</p> <p>During the campaign the students would be told about different entrepreneurship development schemes run by the government, such as the Prime Minister Employment Generation Programme (PMEGP), Stand-up India, Start-up Bihar, Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana, Chief Minister MSME (Micro, Small, Medium Enterprises) Cluster Development scheme, Bihar Industrial Investment Promotion Policy, 2016 and Bihar Startup Policy.</p> <p>Officials led by the general manager of district industries centre (DIC) will tell the youth about the features of the schemes and how to avail them.</p> <p>The Bano Udyami campaign has been launched in all 38 districts in order to motivate youths become job givers rather than jobseekers.</p> 18868 http://knnindia.co.in/news/newsdetails/sectors/bihar-govt-running-bano-udyami-campaign-to-encourage-youth-start-won-businesses 2018-01-16 09:13:38 knnindia.co.in
