New Delhi, Oct 6 (KNN) Bihar Industries Association (BIA), in a letter to the government, has suggested that in tenders at least 30% of the order should be reserved for local service sector industries.

While talking to KNN India, BIA's Secretary General Arvind Kumar Singh said, We will write a proposal to the government for providing support to the local service sector.

According to him this step if taken by the government will surely help MSMEs grow.

According to them there are various challenges faced by the service sector. Availability of fund/capital is one of the great challenges before service sector.

The association also highlighted that the funding agency do not pay attention to service sector projects, they avoid funding whereas service sector is the highest job creator for the country.

Association also feels that the service sector needs fund as working capital rather than fixed assets.
