ENA Sectors 2018-11-09 07:55:16 <p><strong>New Delhi, Nov 9 (KNN) </strong>Competition Commission of India (CCI) gives clean chit to Amazon and Flipkart stating that the business activities of the two e-commerce giants are not violating Section 4 of the CCI Act.</p> <p>Both the companies are not against the competition rules, CCI said. </p> <p>They also dismissed allegations of establishing dominance in the market through grouping of online shoppers. </p> <p>CCI has made it clear in its order that any kind of interference should not be done in the emerging e-commerce market, so that innovation does not adversely affected.</p> <p>This is in the wake of concerns about the alleged unfair business activities in the fast growing online market, said the commission.</p> <p>The CCI has given this latest order on the complaint of All India Online Vendors Association, a group of over 2,000 vendors selling goods on various e-commerce markets.</p> 21263 https://knnindia.co.in/news/newsdetails/sectors/cci-gives-clean-chit-to-amazon-and-flipkart-says-they-are-are-not-violating-cci-rules 2018-11-09 07:55:16 knnindia.co.in
