ENA State 2018-12-18 08:05:17 <p><strong>New Delhi, Dec 18 (KNN) </strong>In a bid to provide financial assistance in the form of loan to unemployed youths of SC/OBC/Minorities &amp; Safai Karamcharis for the purchase of commercial vehicles and battery operated e-rickshaws, Delhi government has initiated a self-employment scheme.</p> <p>The state government has invited unemployed youths of the above categories under self-employment scheme for commercial vehicles and battery operated e-rickshaws, loans as per their own choice.</p> <p>The main objective of this scheme is to help them become self-employed.</p> <p>The interested candidates are required to submit complete application forms duly filled with necessary documents within 30 days at the branch office of DSFDC.</p> <p>DSFDC is a state level institution for financing, facilitating and promoting the economic developmental activities for all-round development and economic upliftment of the members of Scheduled Castes/ Scheduled Tribes/ Other Backward Classes, Minorities, Safai Karamcharies and Handicapped who are living below the poverty line in National Capital Territory of Delhi.</p> <p>To take the advantage of the scheme, candidates must have a valid commercial driving license &amp; badge in his own name and should be permanent resident of Delhi for the last 5 years.</p> <p>Besides, other certificates are required like caste and income certificates to avail the benefits of the scheme.</p> 21573 https://knnindia.co.in/news/newsdetails/state/delhi-govt-invites-unemployed-scsobcsminorities-safai-karamcharis-to-avail-benefits-of-self-employment-scheme 2018-12-18 08:05:17 knnindia.co.in
