ENA Sectors 2019-05-31 07:22:11 <p><strong>New Delhi, May 31 (KNN)</strong> The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has informed vide a flash alert that last date for filing ACTIVE (INC-22A) expires on June 15, 2019 and no further extension would be provided.</p> <p>It said Please note that last date for filing ACTIVE (INC-22A) expires on 15th June 2019 and no further extension would be provided.</p> <p>In case ACTIVE is not filed on or before the said date, the compliance status for such companies shall be marked as ACTIVE Non-compliant and Directors of such ACTIVE non-compliant companies shall be marked as Director of ACTIVE non-compliant company.</p> <p>Earlier in the month of February, MCA came with a notification stating that every companies incorporated on or before 31st December, 2017 is required to file form INC-22A as per Rule 25A of Companies (Incorporation) Amendment Rules, 2019.
