ENA MSME 2019-07-01 09:00:11 <p><strong>New Delhi, July 1 (KNN) </strong>The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) wants to study and assess the likely impact of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) on the micro, small and medium enterprises (MSME) sector.</p> <p>In this regard, the MCA is inviting research proposals to carry out a study to assess the likely impact of the IBC Code on the MSME Sector.</p> <p>The study will be conducted under the Funding Research and Studies, Workshops and Conferences etc a component part of a Central Sector Plan Scheme, titled Corporate Data Management.</p> <p>Funding Research and Studies, Workshops and Conferences etc. is conceived as a component part of a Central Sector Plan Scheme, titled Corporate Data Management (CDM) proposed to be implemented by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA).</p> <p>The Ministry has called upon the interested experts/ Institutions to furnish their research proposal on the subject as soon as possible.</p> <p>The Institutions/Organisations i.e. those Societies, Trusts and Non-Profit Companies which fulfil the following Expertise and Standing specifications will be eligible to apply for funding/ grant-in-aid.
