ENA Sectors 2019-10-14 08:48:52 <p><strong>New Delhi, Oct 14 (KNN)</strong> Ministry of Commerce and Industry has prohibited import of National Flags which do not adhere to specifications prescribed in the Flag Code of India.</p> <p>The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) has said in a notification, Import of Indian National Flag not adhering to the specifications prescribed under Part-1, Section 1.2 of Flag Code of India, 2002, is Prohibited.</p> <p>However, this issues with the approval of Minister of Commerce &amp; Industry, the DGFT said.</p> <p>The central government has introduced a new paragraph into the General Notes regarding Import Policy.
