    <fulldesc>&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;New Delhi, Nov 13 (KNN)&lt;/strong&gt; Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA) through its centre for Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) is organising a three day training program from  November 24th to 26th for the capacity building of officers engaged in promotion of MSMEs in the state of Arunachal Pradesh.&lt;/p&gt;&#13;
&#13;
&lt;p&gt;The training programme will cover Governance, Regulatory and Compliance (GRC) Management including Present GST (Goods &amp;amp; Services Tax) Regime &amp;amp; useful schemes for MSMEs to further guide and help the MSMEs in the North Eastern Region (NER) to set in place their Business - Governance, Regulatory and Compliance (GRC) functions.&lt;/p&gt;&#13;
&#13;
&lt;p&gt;This program will equip the officers working for State Industry Department, Government of Arunachal Pradesh with broad understanding about dealing with implementation issues &amp;amp; challenges related to Goods &amp;amp; Services Tax law as well as about the major issues of concern &amp;amp; challenges having direct impact on MSMEs. Due Compliance will ensure MSMEs long term sustainability and Longevity.&lt;/p&gt;&#13;

&lt;p&gt;The program would enable officers working for Directorate of Industries, Government of Arunachal Pradesh for better approaches &amp;amp; decisions and further guide MSMEs / Entrepreneurs in critical areas such as improved resources utilizations, reduce financial operational &amp;amp; strategic risks, make informed decisions, improve business process and identify all the potential risks associated with their products/services at the beginning of the process.&lt;/p&gt;&#13;

&lt;p&gt;Overall, this training programme will help in empowering MSMEs businesses to re-focus on business environment, social and governance issues as well as in overcoming the compliance challenges.&lt;/p&gt;&#13;

&lt;p&gt;This exclusive event will witness speakers like Rajesh Batra, Head- Centre for MSME, IICA, Senior Professional with extensive focused experience in Scaling up of Small and Medium sized Enterprises (SMEs) and Rajeev Bhargav, Senior Practionner with focused experience in Businesses -Governance Regulatory and Compliance Management functions.&lt;/p&gt;&#13;

&lt;p&gt;IICA through its Centre for MSME is exchanging on ways how MSMEs in India can set in place their Businesses - Governance, Regulatory and Compliance (GRC) management functions and thereby create synergy among various facets of the MSME sector.&lt;/p&gt;&#13;
