&lt;p&gt;About 400 respondents from 40 cities from various sectors where interviewed for this survey. &lt;/p&gt;&#13;
&#13;
&lt;p&gt;Public healthcare system will have the highest attention in this budget, revealed the survey. &lt;/p&gt;&#13;
&#13;
&lt;p&gt;In view of MSMEs, 28 per cent of respondents stated that access to advanced technology should at lower cost should be included in the budget. &lt;/p&gt;&#13;
&#13;
&lt;p&gt;Deepak Sood, Secretary General at ASSOCHAM said there is a need to incentivise consumption-led growth which was hit by the covid-19 pandemic. &lt;/p&gt;&#13;
&#13;
&lt;p&gt;Also, 40 per cent of the respondents have demanded reduction in income tax to boost demand and consumption. &lt;/p&gt;&#13;
