&lt;p&gt;Continuing the digital presentation of budget which started last year, the finance minister will read out the budget from a digital device which she was photographed carrying outside the Parliament earlier today.&lt;/p&gt;&#13;
&#13;
&lt;p&gt;Additionally this year the finance minister has decided to present the Union Budget in  paperless form . &lt;/p&gt;&#13;
&#13;
&lt;p&gt;The entire budget document will be released on a mobile application named 'Union Budget Mobile App', the public right after it is presented today.&lt;/p&gt;&#13;
