ENA Knowledge Resource 2022-04-08 11:16:32 <p><strong>Lucknow, April 8 (KNN)</strong> The Uttar Pradesh government will introduce a 10 day online course on Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in colleges to encourage business development skills in youth.</p> <p>As per the media reports, the tentative idea will have general certifications besides advance courses in specific areas like food processing, agricultural production, organic farming and mechanical work in subsequent stages.</p> <p>The MSME and export promotion departments will provide certificates to the participants upon completion of the course.</p> <p>Navneet Sehgal, Additional Chief Secretary, Department of MSME and export promotion said, The aim is to empower youth and make them self-reliant so that they dont just become job-seekers but also looking towards becoming job-creators.</p> <p>Apart from the certificate college students will also be provided with exposure visits and bank linkages for loans to translate ideas into action, said Sehgal. </p> <p>Joint commissioner MSME (exports and Lucknow Zone) Pawan Agarwal said that the certification opportunity will be included in the departmental app called MSME Sarthi. <em><strong>(KNN Bureau)</strong></em></p> 28854 https://knnindia.co.in/news/newsdetails/knowledge-resource/up-govt-to-start-10-day-basic-e-course-on-msmes-in-colleges 2022-04-08 11:16:32 knnindia.co.in
