    <fulldesc>&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ludhiana, May 3 (KNN)&lt;/strong&gt; The Punjab State Power Corporation Limited (PSPCL) has assured the industry that no more unscheduled power cuts will take place. &lt;/p&gt;&#13;

&lt;p&gt;If there is a need for power cut the corporation will finalise the decision based on industry approval, said Er. Daljit Inderjit Grewal, Director-Distribution, PSPCL during a meeting with industry leaders. &lt;/p&gt;&#13;
&#13;
&lt;p&gt;Grewal said that improving power supplies will be the main focus of PSPCL. &lt;/p&gt;&#13;
&#13;
&lt;p&gt;He also shared the dates of new sub-stations which are coming up in and around Ludhiana.&lt;/p&gt;&#13;
&#13;
&lt;p&gt;The information to consumers will improve, maintenance staff will be more accountable and repair time will decrease and there will be no unscheduled power cuts, he added. &lt;/p&gt;&#13;
&#13;
&lt;p&gt;The meeting was arranged by Chamber of Industrial &amp;amp; Commercial Undertakings (CICU) for industry leaders to highlight issues related to power. &lt;/p&gt;&#13;

&lt;p&gt;It was suggested that private companies or temporary staff should be hired to handle maintenance issues as staff is short with PSPCL. &lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;(KNN Bureau)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&#13;
