ENA State 2022-08-16 08:05:13 <p><span style="font-size:14px"><strong>Bengaluru, Aug 16 (KNN) </strong>The Karnataka Skill Development Council (KSDC), in association with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) India and SAP Labs India, awarded 15 young entrepreneurs with a grant of up to Rs 1 lakh to help them scale up their startups.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14px">The 15 entrepreneurs were selected based on their performance in UNDPs Entrepreneurship Development Programme.</span></p> <p><strong><a href="https://bit.ly/3B9mZSj"><img alt="FOLLOW US on GOOGLE NEWS" src="https://knnindia.co.in//uploads/gallery/GoogleNews.jpg" style="border-style:solid; border-width:1px; height:95px; margin:1px; width:299px" /></a></strong></p> <p><span style="font-size:14px">Along with the seed money, the selected startups will also be provided with mentorship and handholding support for a period of six months.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14px">As per reports, more than 3,000 youth applied to the call for applications for the Youth Innovation Challenge. </span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14px">KSDM has earlier this month received a green signal fr0m the state government to launch the Karnataka skill connect portal (KSCP) with the aim to provide a unified platform for academic institutions, various skilling agencies, potential workforce, and potential employers.
