ENA State 2022-09-15 12:06:41 <p><strong>Kolkata, Sept 15 (KNN)</strong> West Bengal government has earmarked a dedicated Whatsapp number to receive suggestions and grievances from industry and share relevant information. </p> <p>Chief Minister of West Bengal Mamata Banerjee had directed the ICE Department to allocate a dedicated Whatsapp number to support the MSMEs. </p> <p>It was decided during a recently held meeting by Industrial Promotion Board of Government of West Bengal which was chaired by CM Banerjee. </p> <p>Accordingly, Whatsapp Number -9062037777 has been earmarked and developed for this purpose. </p> <p>The facility was inaugurated by the CM which has a 24x7, auto-response enabled grievance redressal mechanism feature.</p> <p>It is managed by a dedicated team at the Department of Industry, Commerce and Enterprises and has separate log-in IDs for government departments.</p> <p>Queries will be redirected to the relevant department and concerned department will assess and address the grievances/queries, provide feedback and support to the complaint directly over Whatsapp.</p> <p>All the queries /issues and grievances will be compiled and reported periodically to the Industrial Promotion Board. <em><strong>(KNN Bureau)</strong></em></p> 30550 https://knnindia.co.in/news/newsdetails/state/west-bengal-govt-dedicates-whatsapp-number-for-industry-suggestions-and-complaints 2022-09-15 12:06:41 knnindia.co.in
