The list also mentions the minimum requirements for purchased goods (works, services) / products, unit of measurement and planned volume of products for purchase. Russian buyers have also shown interest to purchase Polyester Yarn, textile auxiliaries, Dye and Polyester thread from Indian MSMEs.
