ENA MSME 2023-04-14 17:28:41 <p><span style="font-size:14px"><strong>Chandigarh, Apr 14 (KNN)</strong> All Industries &amp; Trade Forum (AITF) has written to the Union MSME Ministry expressing disappointment over failure of the government departments adhering to Gazette Notification issued by Ministry of MSME under notification number S.0. 4926(E).</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14px">The trade body has argued that the state &amp; central departments and delayed payment councils are not adhering to these orders.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14px"><strong><a href="https://bit.ly/3B9mZSj"><img alt="FOLLOW US on GOOGLE NEWS" src="https://knnindia.co.in//uploads/gallery/GoogleNews.jpg" style="border-style:solid; border-width:1px; height:95px; margin:1px; width:299px" /></a></strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14px">Unfortunately due to the non-adherence of MSME Ministries orders by state &amp; central government departments and delayed payment councils the MSMEs of India are suffering a lot, said Badish Jindal, National President, AITF.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14px">In the letter he emphasised on the gazette notification issued by Ministry of MSME on 18th October 2022 which states that In case of an upward change in terms of investment in plant and machinery or equipment or turnover or both, and consequent re-classification, an enterprise shall continue to avail of all nontax benefits of the category (micro or small or medium) it was in before the re-classification, for a period of three years from the date of such upward change.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14px">However, unfortunately none of the government departments in India are adhering to these instructions.
