ENA State 2023-05-24 18:14:32 <p><span style="font-size:14px"><strong>New Delhi, May 24 (KNN)</strong> According to Delhi State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation (DSIIDC) officials the industrial pocket in northwest Delhis Kanjhawala may create direct and indirect employment opportunities for about 15 lakh people.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14px">The land falls in the citys Zone N, which is classified for light and service industry, reported TOI. </span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14px"><strong><a href="https://bit.ly/3B9mZSj"><img alt="FOLLOW US on GOOGLE NEWS" src="https://knnindia.co.in//uploads/gallery/GoogleNews.jpg" style="border-style:solid; border-width:1px; height:95px; margin:1px; width:299px" /></a></strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14px">Earlier this month the LG gave nod to develop an industrial pocket in northwest Delhis Kanjhawala. </span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14px">DSIIDC has decided to hire a consultant to suggest best possible options for optimum utilisation of a 920-acre land parcel.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14px">Delhi currently has 29 planned industrial estates and 25 non-conforming pockets spread across the city.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14px">A detailed study is required to be conducted to assess investors interest and market for the project.
