ENA MSME 2024-01-09 13:08:07 <p><span style="font-size:14px"><strong>New Delhi, Jan 9 (KNN)</strong> The Haryana Pharmaceutical Manufacturers Association (HPMA) has requested Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya to temporarily suspend the risk-based inspections conducted by the drug regulatory authority.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14px">This appeal comes in response to numerous Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) units receiving cease production orders due to the manufacturing of substandard drugs.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14px">RL Sharma, president, HPMA stated, We had met the minister and urged him to help the MSME sector.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14px">He further added, We want the officials at the regulatory body to become facilitators for the small and medium scale industry and handhold us. </span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14px">He emphasised the necessity of halting the risk-based inspections temporarily.
