&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style=&quot;font-size:14px&quot;&gt;The project comprises two independent installations, each with a storage capacity of 500 MWh, designed to provide two hours of storage per cycle.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&#13;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style=&quot;font-size:14px&quot;&gt;This ambitious endeavour will be developed under a Build Own Operate and Transfer (BOOT) model, wherein JSW Energy will construct, own, and operate the facilities for a period of 12 years, after which ownership will be transferred to the offtaker.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&#13;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style=&quot;font-size:14px&quot;&gt;JSW Energy has set a target to commission and operationalise the project by June 2025, underscoring its commitment to meeting the designated timeline.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&#13;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style=&quot;font-size:14px&quot;&gt;In a related development, JSW Energy has also formalised a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with JSW Steel Ltd, a prominent steel conglomerate.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&#13;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style=&quot;font-size:14px&quot;&gt;Under the terms of this agreement, JSW Energy will supply an additional 85,000-90,000 tonnes of green hydrogen annually to JSW Steel, along with 7,20,000 tonnes per annum (TPA) of green oxygen, progressively ramping up production to meet these targets by the year 2030.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&#13;
