ENA MSME 2025-02-19 13:26:34 <p><span style="font-size:14px"><strong>Bhopal, Feb 19 (KNN)</strong> The Madhya Pradesh government has announced a comprehensive MSME and Start-up support package. </span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14px">In a significant move to strengthen the industrial sector, the state cabinet approved the MSME Development Policy-2025, introducing substantial incentives for micro, small, and medium enterprises. </span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14px">The policy offers investment promotion assistance of up to 40 percent, with enhanced support of 48 percent for SC/ST and women entrepreneurs. Units established in backward development blocks can receive assistance up to Rs 1.3 crore. </span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14px">Export-oriented MSMEs stand to benefit from up to 52 percent investment assistance on freight, capped at Rs 2 crore, along with Rs 50 lakh for export certification. </span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14px">The policy includes specific provisions for employment generation, offering medium-sized units Rs 5,000 per month for each employee, for up to five years, provided they create more than 100 jobs. </span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14px">Additional support includes Rs 13,000 for worker skill development training, with special assistance packages designated for MSMEs manufacturing medical equipment and footwear. </span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14px">Further demonstrating its commitment to economic growth, the government introduced the Madhya Pradesh Start-up Policy and Implementation Scheme-2025. </span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14px">The policy aims to double the current number of start-ups from 5,000 to 10,000 within five years, offering both financial and non-financial support to start-ups and incubators. </span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14px">A flagship mega incubation center will be established through public-private partnership with leading institutions, complemented by satellite centers across the state. </span></p> <p><em><strong><span style="font-size:14px">(KNN Bureau)</span></strong></em><br /> </p> 41120 https://knnindia.co.in/news/newsdetails/msme/mp-msme-development-policy-2025-offers-finance-employment-incentives-freight-subsidies 2025-02-19 13:26:34 knnindia.co.in
