ENA Sectors 2025-04-08 13:49:30 <p><span style="font-size:14px"><strong>Mumbai, Apr 8 (KNN) </strong>Welspun One Logistics Parks (Welspun One) on Sunday announced the financial closure of its flagship logistics park project at Jawaharlal Nehru Port Authority (JNPA), backed by Rs 2,300 crore in construction financing underwritten by the National Bank for Financing Infrastructure and Development (Nabfid).</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14px">Spanning 55 acres, the upcoming facility marks Welspun Ones largest logistics development in India.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14px">Strategically located within the JNPA Special Economic Zone (SEZ) in Navi Mumbai, the state-of-the-art Grade A industrial and warehousing complex will serve a range of sectors including e-commerce, third-party logistics (3PL), fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), and manufacturing.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14px">With a total development potential exceeding 3.6 million square feet, the project is expected to significantly enhance Indias logistics infrastructure, catering to growing demand in the western corridor.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14px">Anshul Singhal, Co-founder and Managing Director of Welspun One, described the milestone as a defining moment.
