ENA MSME 2025-06-12 14:13:58 <p><span style="font-size:14px"><strong>Lucknow, Jun 12 (KNN)</strong> The Uttar Pradesh government has announced plans to establish 15 industrial zones dedicated to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) across 11 districts as part of its initiative to transform the state into a one trillion-dollar economy.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14px">According to the draft blueprint prepared by the state's MSME department, the project will encompass a total development area of 764.31 acres.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14px">The industrial estates will accommodate 872 industrial plots, providing opportunities for investors to establish their enterprises across the designated zones.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14px">State officials indicated that the department has initiated a comprehensive state-wide campaign to create a substantial land bank to support this development.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14px">The process of land acquisition and allocation for the 15 MSME estates across the identified districts is currently underway.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14px">The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has complemented these efforts by reserving 500 acres of land specifically for MSME units within its upcoming development zones.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14px">This allocation represents a significant component of the authority's strategy to strengthen the MSME sector in the region.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14px">YEIDA is also developing a Flatted Factory Complex in Sector 28 of Gautam Buddha Nagar, Greater Noida, with an investment of Rs 125 crore.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14px">The facility will feature multi-storey factory spaces designed to meet contemporary industrial requirements.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14px">Construction of the factory complex is scheduled to commence shortly, with master planning and technical assessments currently in progress.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14px">The 38,665 square meter facility is expected to be completed within a 24-month timeframe, offering modern infrastructure and well-equipped units for MSME operations.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14px">The comprehensive development strategy represents the state government's approach to establishing Uttar Pradesh as a manufacturing hub, focusing on strengthening the MSME sector through enhanced infrastructure and supportive policy framework.</span></p> <p><em><strong><span style="font-size:14px">(KNN Bureau)</span></strong></em></p> 42415 https://knnindia.co.in/news/newsdetails/msme/up-to-develop-15-msme-industrial-zones-across-11-districts 2025-06-12 14:13:58 knnindia.co.in
