&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style=&quot;font-size:14px&quot;&gt;But stakeholders have requested a gradual implementation to give manufacturers enough time to scale up production and develop technical expertise domestically. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style=&quot;font-size:14px&quot;&gt;Industry leaders say that an abrupt localisation push without proper preparation may hurt ongoing and future wind energy projects. A phased implementation is key to ensure uninterrupted project execution while encouraging the development of local supply chains, said industry representatives.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&#13;
