Qualified institutional buyers subscribed 31.16 times their allocation, while non-institutional investors showed 43.19 times oversubscription.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14px">The listing performance fell short of grey market expectations, where Kaytex Fabrics shares had been trading with a premium of Rs 15 above the issue price's upper range. </span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14px">Kaytex Fabrics Limited operates as a fast-fashion producer in the textile industry, having been established in January 1996. </span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14px">The company specialises in manufacturing high-quality textiles through a combination of advanced technology, innovative design, and skilled craftsmanship.
