&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style=&quot;font-size:14px&quot;&gt;He noted that India is the worlds third-largest startup ecosystem, with 21,000 startups in IT, 17,000 in healthcare, and a strong presence in agriculture, services, and education. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&#13;
