ENA State 2025-10-31 14:29:14 <p><span style="font-size:14px"><strong>Lucknow, Oct 31 (KNN)</strong> The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has notified the establishment of a new Registrar of Companies (ROC) office in Noida, set to become operational on January 1, 2026. </span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14px">The office will cater to 17 districts in western Uttar Pradesh, easing administrative processes for companies in the region.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14px">Industry representatives have welcomed the move. </span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14px">Until now, Kanpur housed the only ROC office for the entire state, resulting in significant travel and procedural delays for businesses based in Noida, Ghaziabad and other western districts. </span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14px">With the expansion, functions such as inspections, complaint inquiries, approvals related to mergers and IPOs, stamping, and other statutory compliance procedures are expected to become more efficient.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14px">The new Noida unit will oversee corporate affairs in districts including Agra, Aligarh, Baghpat, Bulandshahr, Etah, Firozabad, Gautam Buddha Nagar (Noida), Ghaziabad, Hapur, Hathras, Kasganj, Mainpuri, Mathura, Meerut, Muzaffarnagar, Saharanpur and Shamli. </span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14px">The Kanpur office will continue to serve the remaining districts of the state.</span></p> <p><em><strong><span style="font-size:14px">(KNN Bureau)</span></strong></em></p> 43941 https://knnindia.co.in/news/newsdetails/state/registrar-of-companies-office-set-to-open-in-noida-from-jan-1-2026 2025-10-31 14:29:14 knnindia.co.in
