&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style=&quot;font-size:14px&quot;&gt;It aims to create domestic capacity to recycle up to 3 lakh tonnes annually for extraction of critical minerals from secondary sources such as electronic waste, spent lithium-ion batteries and industrial scrap.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&#13;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style=&quot;font-size:14px&quot;&gt;Applications for the scheme will remain open from 2 October 2025 to 1 April 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&#13;
