KNN Bureau MSMEs 17 Mar 2016 16:40:28 <strong><strong><img alt="MSME Ministry holds discussion with CPSUs on procurement policy" src="http://knnindia.co.in/knnuploads/uploads 4.1.14/kalraj-mishra-msme-17-3-16.jpg" style="border-width: 1px; border-style: solid; margin: 1px; float: left;" /></strong>New Delhi, Mar 17 (KNN)</strong> Union Minister for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) Kalraj Mishra is holding a meeting today with the Central Public Sector Units (CPSUs).<br /> <br /> The meeting is being held to discuss about the Public Procurement Policy.<br /> <br /> In a tweet, the Minister wrote, &ldquo;Attending Meeting with CPSUs on public procurement policy for MSEs order 2012.&rdquo;<br /> <br /> Minister of State for MSMEs Giriraj Singh, MSME Secretary KK Jalan along with other Ministry officials also attended the meeting.<br /> <br /> &ldquo;Discussing agendas in the meeting with CPSUs on public procurement policy for MSEs order 2012,&rdquo; Mishra said.<br /> <br /> Mishra said that there should be more vendor development programs in order to help PSUs and MSMEs overcome various issues.<br /> <br /> Earlier in the day, Mishra participated at a roundtable discussion at the Rashtrapati Bhavan on funding for innovations.<br /> <br /> During the discussion, the Minister released a booklet &#39;Supporting <a href="https://twitter.com/hashtag/Innovations?src=hash">#Innovations</a>&#39; at the Festival of Innovations&#39;16 in New Delhi. <strong>(KNN Bureau)</strong> 14136 http://knnindia.co.in/msmes/msme-ministry-holds-discussion-with-cpsus-on-procurement-policy/34-14136.go 17 Mar 2016 16:40:28 KNN
