This is the second time Aam Aadmi Party has presented its budget. Let&amp;#39;s have a look at the key highlights from the Budget:&lt;br /&gt;&#xD;
&lt;ul&gt;&#xD;
	&lt;li&gt;&#xD;
		VAT on garments reduced to 5% from 12.5%&lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
	&lt;li&gt;&#xD;
		VAT on sweets and snacks has been reduced from 12.5% to 5%.&lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
	&lt;li&gt;&#xD;
		VAT on school bags has also been reduced to 5% from 12.5%&lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
	&lt;li&gt;&#xD;
		Tax on watches in Delhi depends on the price of watch. We propose to impose 12.5% tax on all kind of watches&lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
	&lt;li&gt;&#xD;
		5% VAT on plastic waste&lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
	&lt;li&gt;&#xD;
		Footwear VAT standardized at 5%&lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
	&lt;li&gt;&#xD;
		VAT reduced on Battery run vehicles from 12% to 5% in Delhi.&lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
	&lt;li&gt;&#xD;
		Our aim is to keep the tax slab at par with neighbour states. We have reduced VAT in few items for that: Sisodia.&lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
	&lt;li&gt;&#xD;
		Subsidy in electricity bill to continue, Rs 1600 crore set aside for this.&lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
	&lt;li&gt;&#xD;
		DSIIDC has been asked to start work of road and drain in unauthorised colonies of Delhi. Rs 300 crore allocated.&lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
	&lt;li&gt;&#xD;
		Rs 152 cr for realizing the dream of Late Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, of skill training&lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
	&lt;li&gt;&#xD;
		8.4% of the budget dedicated towards Transport Sector to tune of Rs 1,735Cr, thereby helping common man commute easily&lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
	&lt;li&gt;&#xD;
		200 types of useless affidavits have been scrapped by Delhi Govt which used to bother citizens needlessly&lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
	&lt;li&gt;&#xD;
		Govt to allocate Rs 152 cr for vocational training&lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
	&lt;li&gt;&#xD;
		Delhi has contributed 4.02 percent growth to overall GDP&lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
	&lt;li&gt;&#xD;
		VAT for FY 16-17 Rs 1,400 cr&lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
	&lt;li&gt;&#xD;
		Rs 2466 crores for development of city infrastructures&lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
	&lt;li&gt;&#xD;
		Revenue collection saw increase by 31%.&lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
	&lt;li&gt;&#xD;
		Eliminating inspector Raj enhanced tax collection.&lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
