Wadhwani Foundation launches Global Network for Entrepreneurs to assist budding entrepreneurs

New Delhi, Nov 30 (KNN) The Wadhwani Foundation’s flagship initiative, the National Entrepreneurship Network (NEN) today announced the launch of its Global Network for Entrepreneurs aiming at providing a one stop solution for the Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) to set their feet.

With the initiative in place, it is first of its kind with global operations in Asia, Africa and Latin America, a release from the firm informed

Under the newly launched service, the ‘Wadhwani Global Network for Entrepreneurs’ offers two dimensional assistance and hand-holding . Firstly, its support mechanism covers the different stages of entrepreneurship from early growth to growth stage entrepreneurs to SMEs and secondly, it has customized offerings for various levels of the entrepreneurial journey.

The ‘Wadhwani Global Network for Entrepreneurs’ is supporting aspiring entrepreneurs, early and growth stage entrepreneurs, and SMEs with Accelerator & Scalerator programs, curated mentors, advisors & consultants, trusted service providers and investors through the mobile apps and a dedicated portal, the firm said in the release.

The release further said that in long-term goal, the foundation aims to help establish vibrant entrepreneur ecosystems in over 100 cities around the world to alleviate the global youth unemployment problem.

The launch of the operations was announced yesterday by Dr Ajay Kela, President & CEO, Wadhwani Foundation at the ongoing GES 2017 in Hyderabad. (KNN/DA)
